This opportunity offers hands-on exposure in core secretarial and
legal functions.

Companies Act, 2013 compliances
Listing Exposure
SEBI Regulations (NSE & BSE listed)
NBFC compliances
MCA filings and statutory records
Legal and corporate matters
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have passed the Professional Programme
OR
Cleared at least one group of the Professional Programme
(Preparation leaves will be provided for exams)
Stipend: As per industry standards
Working Days: 6 days working (Second and Fourth Saturdays off)
