We're Hiring: CS Trainees (3 Positions) | New Delhi
Aman Kesarwani & Associates (AKA), a Company Secretary practice based in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi, is looking for 3 CS Trainees to join our team on-site.
About Us:
We're a growing CS firm working with a diverse portfolio of clients — from early-stage startups to listed companies and MNCs — across corporate governance, fundraising documentation, ROC compliance, FEMA advisory, and cross-border structuring. Our clients span sectors and geographies, giving trainees exposure well beyond routine compliance work.
What You'll Work On:
- Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers
- ROC filings and secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Fundraising and transaction documentation (share allotments, ESOPs, CCPS)
- Exposure to FEMA, SEBI (LODR/AIF), and LLP compliance
- Exposure to GST/Income Tax
- Exposure to trademark matters
- Direct client interaction and real deliverable ownership from day one
Who We're Looking For:
- Good communication skills
- Strong drafting and MS Office/Excel skills
- Sound technical knowledge
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn beyond textbook compliance
