Options Group is currently mandated to hire a Head Legal for a prominent FMCG company. We are looking for a seasoned legal professional with extensive industry experience to lead the legal function and drive strategic compliance.
💼 Role: Head Legal
📍 Location: Mumbai
👔 Reporting to: General Counsel
🎯 Experience: 15–20 years
🏢 Industry Mandate: FMCG or allied industry exposure is a must
Key Attributes & Responsibilities:
IP & Data Privacy: Extensive exposure in Intellectual Property (IP), trademarks management, and Data Privacy frameworks.
Core Legal Operations: Overall hands-on exposure to commercial contracts, litigation management, and IP strategy.
Global Exposure: Experience with global regulations across US, EMEA, or APAC regions is highly preferred.
