V K Law Chambers is expanding its litigation team and invites applications for handling Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act matters before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court (MM Court).

*Role & Responsibilities*
Drafting complaints, replies, and applications in cheque dishonor cases.
Conducting appearances, arguments, and evidence before MM Courts.
Managing case files, client communication, and procedural compliance with the department.
Researching precedents and assisting in trial strategy.
🌟 Who We’re Looking For
*Eligibility*
Interns:
Law students in 5th year of 5 years course and 3rd year in 3 years course eager to gain hands-on exposure in trial work.
Interest in criminal/commercial litigation.
Good research and writing skills.
💰 Remuneration
As per industry standards.
Not a constraint for the right candidate.

Comfortable in traveling
