Our Co-Deputy Managing Partner, Nihas Basheer, is looking to expand his team and is inviting applications from lawyers with 2–4 years PQE and relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Investment, General Corporate, Private Equity and M&A.
Candidates should have experience in:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (debt or equity; experience in both preferred)
- Conducting due diligence
- Advising on regulatory compliance, including RBI regulations, FEMA and SEBI guidelines
