LEGAL ASSOCIATE
CYBER LAW (PAN INDIA PRACTICE)

Be part of a dynamic legal team handling complex Cyber Law matters across India.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• LL.B. Degree from a recognized University.
• Mandatory Enrollment with any State Bar Council.
• Must have valid & Eligible Bar Council ID Card.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Up to 5 Years of Experience.
• Good knowledge of Cyber Law, Criminal Law and Court Procedures.
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of Cyber Laws, IT Act, IPC, BNS, BNSS, Indian Evidence Act and other relevant laws.
• Experience in cyber fraud, banking fraud, online scams, account freeze/unfreeze, cryptocurrency matters will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with E-Filing systems and online court portals.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Cyber Crime cases across India.
• Draft legal notices, complaints, replies, affidavits, petitions and representations.
• Liaise with Cyber Police Stations, Cyber Cells, Banks and Government Authorities.
• Appear before District Courts, High Courts, Cyber Cells and other authorities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Handle filing, follow-up and compliance.
• Travel across India for hearings, investigations, client meetings and case follow-ups.
• Assist seniors in litigation and advisory matters.

SALARY PACKAGE

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 Per Month
(Based on Experience, Skills & Performance)
