We're hiring for a Legal Associate specialising in Fintech matters for a leading law firm in Bangalore
At Kwan Ventures, we are currently hiring for a Legal Associate for a leading law firm in the fintech and banking practice at Bangalore.
We are looking to connect with professionals with 2–3 years of experience and strong exposure to fintech and financing matters, including:
Domestic & Cross-Border Financing
Acquisition Finance
Real Estate Finance
External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)
Trade Finance
Professionals with prior experience advising fintech businesses on strategic and regulatory matters would be particularly relevant.
We are open to considering candidates from core fintech practices as well as in-house backgrounds, provided they have strong exposure to the above areas.
Professionals currently based in Bangalore would be ideal for this opportunity.
