We Are Hiring – Legal Head 🚨Jindal Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Head to join their leadership team at Corporate HQ, New Delhi.🔹 Role Overview
Lead group-wide legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy while ensuring strong governance, risk mitigation, and alignment with board vision.🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Act as principal legal advisor on corporate, commercial & regulatory matters
✔️ Ensure compliance with key laws (SEBI, RBI, FEMA, NCLT)
✔️ Handle high-value contracts, M&A, JVs & restructuring
✔️ Lead litigation strategy across courts & tribunals
✔️ Identify legal risks and build mitigation frameworks🔹 Qualifications
🎓 LLB/LLM from a reputed institution (CS is an added advantage)
