ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Manager to handle legal and compliance matters, manage litigation, and provide strategic legal support to the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- LLB (Mandatory)
- LLM will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance or litigation
- NBFC / Financial Services experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle legal matters including contracts, agreements, and documentation
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings
- Draft, vet and review legal documents
- Ensure timely filings and statutory compliances
- Work closely with internal teams to minimize legal risks
