Qualification: LLB (mandatory) LLM (preferred)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing and new litigation matters of the organization
- Handle civil, criminal, labour, consumer and commercial disputes
- draft legal notices, replies, written statements, affidavits and petitions
- Coordinate with external advocates for hearings and case strategy
- Track hearing maintain litigation calendar and ensure timely udpates
