Job Description and Requirement
- Scrutinizing property title
- vetting of property papers
- Review and approving of legal report
- branch visit and training to local sales team for legal process
- preparing internal legal scrutiny reports . External vendor management
- Physically visit the authorities for verification of mortgage property in case of any doubt
- Tracking maintain legal MIS's legal initiation to vendors and file disbursement process
- Must be law graduate
