We are looking for an experienced legal professional with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and a sound understanding of real estate, corporate and banking matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vetting, audits and compliance reviews across corporate and banking matters.
- Advising banks and financial institutions on consortium lending, financing and risk assessment.
- Corporate and company law advisory covering governance, compliance and risk management.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, procurement agreements, vendor arrangements and transaction documents.
