WE ARE HIRING | LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Apex Law Partners, Fort, Mumbai, is looking to hire a Litigation Associate to join our team.
We are a boutique law firm specialising in litigation and real estate law, with a strong practice in banking and financial litigation, commercial disputes and property-related matters.
Eligibility:
* Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council.
* 0-5 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation.
* Prior experience before the Bombay High Court, NCLT and Commercial Courts will be preferred.
The role includes:
* Drafting pleadings, applications, notices and legal opinions.
* Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals and Authorities.
* Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy.
* Managing matters independently and coordinating with clients and counsel.
We are looking for someone who has strong drafting and research skills, is proactive, detail-oriented, and is genuinely interested in building a career in litigation.
Location: Fort, Mumbai.
