We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join our
Compliance team in an NBFC environment.
Preferred Qualification
* Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
* Additionally LLB degree preferred
Key Requirement
* Prior experience in an NBFC is mandatory.
* Exposure to RBI regulations, corporate compliance, governance
matters, and regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.
