Company Secretary (Semi-Qualified)
CS Executive/Professional cleared (or pursuing final)
Secretarial compliance, board & general meeting support, ROC/MCA
filings, statutory registers
Drafting of resolutions, minutes & compliance documentation
Prior experience in a corporate legal/secretarial department preferred
CS Trainee
Hands-on exposure to secretarial functions across a multi-entity group
Involvement in ROC filings, compliance tracking, board process support
& legal documentation
