I am looking to add one Senior Associate to the corporate team (non-litigation) as per below description:

- Department: Corporate Team (non-litigation)
- Nature of Job: Retainership basis (full time)
- Designation: Senior Associate
- No. of Position: One
- Qualification: BBA/BA.LLB (5 year course)
- Post Qualification Experience (Internship duration to be excluded), minimum 2 years PQE (preferably in law firm)
Brief about the profile/Areas of Law
- Banking and Finance
- Capital Market, IPO, NCDs, Private Equity, Real Estate, AIF & allied SEBI Regulations;
- Structured Finance;
- General Corporate and
- Other transaction advisories and research.
Job Description
Including but not limited to:
- Drafting/Vetting of various transactional agreements;
- Drafting opinions;
- Responsible for transaction handling;
- Research on various areas of laws;
- Client handling and meetings;
- Negotiation;
- Team building and knowledge sharing;
- Tracking Updates and preparing the same for the Firm
- Compensation/Retainership Fee: Will be discussed based upon candidate relevant experience and knowledge.
- Location: Mumbai (work from office)
Remarks: Candidates with following experience and expertise will be preferred:
- Past Experience: Candidate with past Law firm working experience (non-litigation) in general corporate, banking and finance, real estate and transaction team;
- Skill set: Passionate, dependable, responsible, dynamic, Sound Knowledge of law, Team Leadership, Team player, out of box thinker, sound be smart and have great communication skills
