𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗶
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: 𝗢𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝟯–𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗣𝗤𝗘
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
LL.B./LL.M. with 3–5 years of relevant PQE
Experience in commercial contracts and general legal matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, legal research and analytical skills
Business-oriented approach with good coordination skills
Fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil
Candidates based in Chennai preferred
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and agreements
Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes and regulatory matters
Provide day-to-day legal advice and identify legal/contractual risks
Handle Legal Metrology compliance, including packaging, labelling and
declarations
Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, notices and replies
Maintain legal records, contracts, trackers and case documentation
