- Required Qualifications (Two Profile Paths Listed):
- Profile 1: CS + LLB (Qualified Company Secretary with an LL.B. degree)
- Profile 2: LLB (LL.B. degree)
- Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Draft, review, and vet various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and oversee corporate/companies law compliances and legal compliance across all departments.
- Handle and manage general litigation matters (strictly excluding revenue matters).
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and effectively protect/represent the company's interests.
- Provide strategic legal advice, guidance, and support to the management on ongoing legal issues.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, legal compliances, contract drafting, and litigation handling.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
