· 8+ years of experience in Corporate Legal
· LLB qualification
· Expertise in commercial contracts, EPC contracts, contract
drafting, vetting
& negotiation
· Experience in litigation management, statutory compliance, legal risk
assessment, and liaising with government authorities
· Prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, or
Power sector will be preferred.
