MCA vide its notification G.S.R. 443(E) dated 03.07.2025 amends the Companies (Listing of equity shares in permissible jurisdictions) Rules, 2024
1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Listing of equity shares in permissible jurisdictions) Amendment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Companies (Listing of equity shares in permissible jurisdictions) Rules, 2024, in the Second Schedule, for Form LEAP – 1
