Required where water is used as an ingredient; report should be from recognised/public health laboratory and mention authorised representative who collected sample and date of collection

Sale deed / rent agreement / electricity bill / other acceptable proof

Partnership Deed / Affidavit / Memorandum & Articles of Association, as applicable
