Forms applicable for FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27) shall continue to be governed by the Income-tax Rules, 1962; accordingly the quarterly TCS return for the 4th quarter of FY 2025-26 shall be filed in the erstwhile Form Nos.27EQ.
