Drafting notes
• Verify the Udyam Registration Number on the official portal and file the verification printout with the declaration (Article 5).
• Record the category at the date of each supply. A later change does not alter the position for earlier supplies.
• Classification uses both limits together, with exports excluded from turnover. Do not let a vendor declare on turnover alone.
