The operational creditor supplied plastic raw materials (LDPE & HDPE) to the corporate debtor and raised invoices worth about USD 245,000. The corporate debtor: made only partial payment repeatedly acknowledged the remaining debt later failed to honour settlement terms So the creditor filed an application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to start insolvency proceedings.
